ECR Engines is a premier high-performance combustion engine research, development and production company located on the Richard Childress Racing campus in Welcome, North Carolina.
Our core business is providing NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series Partners with powerful and durable engines. We also bring expertise to other professional motorsports powertrain applications, including sports cars (IMSA, TransAM) and dirt track racing. Beyond motorsports, ECR Engines has the interest and capability to support military, alternative energy and other transportation and engine research projects.
With a legacy of over 200 victories across professional motorsports, ECR Engines has powered teams to wins at the Daytona 500, Brickyard 400, 24 Hours of Daytona, and 12 Hours of Sebring, contributing to numerous team and manufacturer championships.
